Built on Aviation.
Expanded Across Every Mode.
When Pranjal Gupta founded Kaizen Skyline Services in 2019, the foundation was real operational experience — a DHL franchise in Patna handling international export and import. But aviation logistics became the company's defining capability: AOG response, MRO parts movement, DG cargo, and direct airline relationships built over years of high-stakes operations. Every other service line — sea freight, compliance, KaizenTech — grew around that aviation core.
Founded in Patna
Kaizen Skyline Services began in Patna with a DHL franchise, managing international export and import operations. This foundation built first-hand expertise in cross-border documentation, customs procedures, and global freight standards — the operational core the company still runs on today.
National Expansion & Gurugram HQ
Expanded into air freight, sea freight (FCL and LCL), and PAN-India road freight. Established permanent headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana — positioning the company at the heart of India's logistics corridor.
Aviation Logistics — Core Expertise
Launched the aviation logistics vertical — the division that defines Kaizen Skyline Services. Built deep operational capability in AOG emergency response, MRO parts movement, DG cargo handling, and GSA coordination. Developed direct relationships with airline ground operations teams, enabling under 4 hours AOG resolution at major Indian airports including IGIA and CSIA.
Compliance Practice
Built out a dedicated compliance advisory division — AEO consulting, EPR registration, LMPC facilitation, IEC and DGFT code setup, SVB, and SIP advisory. Helping clients navigate India's complex regulatory environment through expert partner networks.
Business Setup & Regulatory Advisory
Extended services to help overseas companies and first-time exporters establish their India presence — company incorporation, IEC registration, DGFT advisory, and FEMA compliance. A natural extension of the compliance practice, serving clients at the earliest stage of their cross-border journey.
Global Network Expansion
Expanded the global freight network to cover 50+ countries across air, sea, and road modes. Strengthened international partnerships to offer seamless origin-to-destination freight management on major trade lanes — India to Europe, India to Gulf, India to ASEAN, and transpacific routes.
Aviation & MRO Scale-Up
Deepened aviation capabilities with structured MRO logistics programmes — working directly with aircraft lessors, MRO facilities, and airline engineering teams across Asia and the Middle East. Expanded AOG desk operations to cover 24/7 multi-airport response, rotable and LRU asset tracking, and bonded warehouse management at key Indian cargo hubs.
KaizenTech Platform Launch
Launched KaizenTech — a proprietary logistics intelligence platform giving clients real-time shipment tracking, AI-powered rate forecasting, automated AWB and document generation, and an HS code duty calculator. The platform represents Kaizen Skyline Services' vision: every client should have enterprise-grade visibility, regardless of shipment size.
