Financial Solvency

Applicants must demonstrate financial solvency for the three financial years preceding the date of application. This includes no bankruptcy, insolvency, or liquidation proceedings.

Legal Compliance

No significant infringements of customs legislation in the last three years. No cases of serious criminal offenses related to economic activity.

Security & Safety Standards

Appropriate security measures to secure the international supply chain, including premises security, cargo security, and personnel security.

Record Keeping

Satisfactory system for managing commercial and transport records that allows appropriate customs controls.
